Talitay, Maguindanao Vice Mayor Abdul Wahad Sabal and brother Montaser are allegedly the mastermind behind Roxas Night Market in Davao City bombing last Sept. 2 which killed 14 people.
According to reports that Sabal and Montaser was arrested in Cotabato City and were brought to Camp Crame for interrogation.
