BPI account clients claims they're loosing money in ghost transaction on Tuesday.
In a statement, BPI said clients' accounts were credited or debited twice for a past transaction due to an internal data processing error.
BPI customers shares their experience about the un-authorized transactions in their accounts. They said that some of them received a negative amounts.
