Philippine President Rodrigo Duterte won the Time's 100 Most Influencial poll which recently closed Sunday, April 16, 2017.
President Duterte got 5% of "yes" votes bigger than Bill Gates and Pope Francis.
Trailing behind Duterte were Canadian Prime Minister Justin Trudeau, Pope Francis, Microsoft founder Bill Gates and Facebook CEO Mark Zuckerberg, who received 3 percent each of the “yes” votes.
