Thousands of commuters and passengers were stranded after transport groups nationwide made a strike or tigil pasada on Monday February 27, 2017.
The transport groups protests the current plan of the government to phase out all 15 years PUJ. The day before the strike, several schools and universities were cancelled their classes. Malacanan Palace declares no class in NCR both Elementary and High School.
