Viral: Leyte Mayor Rolando Espinosa Sr Murdered inside Jail, CCTV Footage Missing

Albuera Leyte Mayor Rolando Espinos Sr. was killed inside his detention in Baybay City Provincial Jail on November 5, 2016.

His death sparks anger of many Filipinos and even Sen. Lacson wants to re-open the EKJ probe. Netizens said Espinosa was murdered and he has not resisting arrest. CIDG served the warrant but why not the jail warden and its guard? Sen. Lacson asked.

A hard drive of CCTV footage which could solve the killing is nowhere to be found. Warden has not given any statements.
