New Iligan Video or HCDC Scandal Surfaces Online again

A new Iligan City or HCDC video scandal circulates again and gone viral online on November 5, 2016. The video became viral after it was named as Holy Cross of Davao College. It was uploaded anew in social media and being downloaded a thousand times. The video shows a two couple doing intimate moments, having s*x while recording it using camera.

The video scandal garnered thousands of shares and views in facebook but it was immediately deleted by the site's admin. Though, many netizens grabbed the video which they uploaded again.

It was a violation of rights of the person involved.
