An 18-year-old Architecture student was stabbed 18 times while on his way home when two suspects attempted to steal his backpack.
CCTV footage showed the victim, Nick Russel Oniot, walking on the way home from school on Friday when the suspects forcefully grabbed his backpack.
The victim, seen bloodied in the footage, still powered his way to hail a passing jeepney to ask for help. The driver of the jeepney failed to stop for Oniot, until the victim fell down the street due to his tab wounds.
