Strong and powerful magnitude 7.0 earthquake hit Vanuatu on April 29, 2016. The M7.0 earthquake made the building swinging but officials have not received yet any damages and casualties.
The officials issued a tsunami warning after the quake.

The earthquake, which US Geological Survey measured as being 35km in depth, hit near Vanuatu's second-largest island Malekula Island on Friday.
It was centred about 200 kilometres north-west of the capital Port Vila, according to the US Geological Survey.
