Look-alike of VP Jejomar Binay from Indonesia, photo and video became viral and trending online on March 27, 2016. The man is from Indonesia and he's face and physical appearance is very similar to Binay.
He is Cess Barcenas fron Indonesia, a taxi driver and Filipino tourists are the one who posted the video in social media sites which garnered thousands of views and shares. The photo and video earned mixed reactions from netizens, Some are angered because it's a sign of disrespect to the Vice President of the Philippines.
