Kapuso hunk actor Dingdong Dantes is rumored to be transferring to rival network ABS-CBN.
Dantes’ contract in GMA 7 is about to end on August, together with his girlfriend Marian Rivera.
Perry Lansigan, the manager of Kapuso hunk actor was frequently seen entering the lobby of the Kapamilya network. According to some reports, he was having a negotiation with ABS-CBN for an offer of Dingdong’s transfer to rival station.
Dantes’ manager admits in an interview that there’s an offer from rival stations to get the service of Dingdong Dantes. With all the negotiations between Lansigan and other networks, he is still about to make a decision.
The 32-year-old actor is just one of the Kapuso stars whose contract will expire this year. Other rumors regarding network transition include the name of Marian Rivera and Lovi Poe.
Aside from the Kapamilya network, TV5 also has an offer for Dingdong as well, but the decision will depend upon the camp of the actor, if he will stay with the Kapuso network.
Will ABS-CBN offer better and bigger opportunities for him following the success of “One More Try?” Dantes won the Best Actor Award for this movie on the 38th Metro Manila Film Festival.
